09:00am - 12:30pm Team building: GETTING TO KNOW EACH OTHER   (Other topics) After a round of introduction, participants are set in different group constellations with assignments, during which they will learn about themselves and others quite intensely. Success: Participants will have the chance to get to know each other much better, and will have more appreciation for each other. This will form the basis for the team to be able to better cope with future demands. 02:00pm - 07:00pm Introduction to Pétanque: iron ball lore, rules, basic techniques Getting a feel for it: select your iron balls, first exercises Playing: Tournament start The tournament will be carried out in such a fashion that during 2-3 rounds new teams (with two or three players) will be facing off against each other. This tournament method, called "Super Mêlée", ensures a high level of rotation among the participants playing in the same team or against each other.
